* The BIM model serves as an advisory service for planners and is not a binding plan or planning basis under HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers). The basic BIM model service includes LOD250. Additional planning costs may vary depending on project location, project status, project partner, federal state, and planning stage. Any liability is excluded and only applies in the case of direct commissioning for architectural services under HOAI.
