The Bungalow in Langenau
171 m² of living space, 840 BRIQs, structural shell in just 2.5 days
The bungalow in Langenau shows how quickly and resourcefully a home can be built with TRIQBRIQ – including a solar system and green roof. Construction began in June 2025 and was completed in January 2026.
This is what sustainable building feels like: quickly realized, with the healthy indoor climate of solid timber and a construction method that convinces in the long run.
We would choose TRIQBRIQ again.
From the start, we wanted to build in a way that conserved resources and protected the environment as much as possible. After visiting the TRIQBRIQ production hall in Tübingen twice, once with our architect and once with our carpenter, we were won over by the concept and are fully convinced by its economic and ecological construction method. We would choose TRIQBRIQ again and can only recommend this construction method to anyone planning to build with timber.

No. We are a building materials manufacturer and supplier. For a turnkey building with the TRIQBRIQ system, you need a construction company that builds with this system. We’re happy to support your search with partners from our network.
No. However, we have a network of planners and construction companies that we’re happy to refer you to. Please note that we definitely need your project details in order to find a suitable partner.

The costs depend on project size, finishing standard and regional factors. You’ll find an initial overview of the most important cost factors on our costs page. For an individual assessment, feel free to send us your project details via our form.
Thanks to the prefabricated BRIQs, installation is significantly faster than with conventional solid construction. For the bungalow in Langenau (171 m²), the complete structural shell was finished after just 2.5 days. Of course, the exact duration depends on the size and complexity of your project.
TRIQBRIQ is made of solid timber and stores CO₂ long-term in the building material instead of releasing it. Compared to conventional building materials such as concrete or brick, this significantly reduces CO₂ emissions while creating a healthy indoor climate.
Yes, the TRIQBRIQ system WS25 has a general building authority approval. You’ll find all relevant approval and test documents for download in our download area.
