SUPPLY CHAIN & PRODUCTION LEAD (M/F/D)
Your role
As Supply Chain & Production Lead, you are the link between sales and operational order processing. You are responsible for the interaction between purchasing, production, maintenance, logistics, and collaboration with external service providers. Through your operational work, you ensure that materials, machines, and people work together optimally to guarantee efficient, safe, and sustainable production in line with the TRIQBRIQ mission.
What to expect
Supply Chain Management & Purchasing
- Material and parts procurement (including quote comparison, ordering, tracking)
- Communication with suppliers and transport partners
- Support with tenders, price negotiations & contract management
Production Planning & Control
- Creating and coordinating production plans and resources
- Monitoring production progress and adjusting plans
- Ensuring timely completion of production orders
- Creating production reports and analyses
- Analyzing and optimizing production processes
- Structured documentation in the ERP system
Warehouse & Logistics
- Managing and optimizing inventory
- Coordinating and monitoring goods receipt and dispatch, e.g. by managing/coordinating external service providers such as fulfillment providers and sawmills
- Planning and optimizing warehouse logistics, including the use of IT systems
- Conducting inventories and stock checks
What you bring
- Completed degree or vocational training in industrial engineering, logistics, production, business administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of practical experience in purchasing, production planning, logistics, or supply chain
- Technical understanding of machines and equipment, including maintenance and servicing
- Confident handling of digital tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 / ERP system) and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems
- Results-oriented work attitude, decisiveness, and problem-solving skills
- High resilience and flexibility in daily work
- Independence and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for helping shape organizational structures
- Residence in Tübingen or a commutable area within one hour
- Occasional willingness to travel and a Class B driver’s license
- Excellent German language skills and good English skills

PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE (M/F/D)
Your role
As a member of our production team, you are responsible for the proper manufacturing of our products at our main plant in Tübingen.
What to expect
- Production tasks
- Operating machines and equipment
- Assembly and processing of products or components
- Visual inspection of the products manufactured
- Compliance with quality standards
- Cleaning of machines and work areas (e.g. in case of staff absence)
- Support with minor maintenance work

SALES PARTNER (M/F/D)
Your role
As an independent sales partner under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code (HGB), you are operationally responsible for the sales process of our BRIQs: from acquiring new customers to ongoing support of existing customers. You benefit from exciting customer inquiries from our pool and have the opportunity to develop sales potential nationwide. You are also primarily responsible for an assigned region.
What to expect
- Independent acquisition of new customers, including building partnerships with planners and construction companies in your sales area
- Monitoring and maintaining all sales/customer data and sales activities
- Preparing comprehensive quotes and conducting related negotiations through to successful contract conclusion
- Advising, supporting, and expanding existing customer relationships
- Developing and implementing new sales measures in coordination with our sales management
- Monitoring the market for development and business opportunities as well as competitor activities
- Continuous analysis and ongoing optimization of existing structures and processes in your own area of responsibility together with our organizational development team
What you bring
- Independent activity as a commercial agent within the meaning of Section 84 HGB
- Experience in the construction sector or related industries and willingness to familiarize yourself with an innovative product portfolio
- Strong experience in sales
- Independence and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems (e.g. Haufe X360, Salesforce, SAP, or similar software)
- Confident handling of common office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional demeanor and very good negotiation skills
- High resilience and flexibility in daily work
- Excellent German language skills and good English skills

INSIDE SALES (M/F/D)
Your role
As a member of our inside sales team, you are responsible for the administrative processing and organizational support of our team.
What to expect
- Telephone support and advice for customers, and forwarding inquiries to the field sales team
- Preparation and processing of quotes and order confirmations
- Monitoring and follow-up of quotes, orders, and delivery dates
- Maintaining and updating master data in the CRM software
- Supporting the planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotions
- Organizing and maintaining documents, files, and internal databases
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail as well as general correspondence
- Preparing presentations, reports, and other documents
- Planning, organizing, and inviting participants to internal and external events such as workshops, meetings, or presentations
- Supporting the coordination of cross-departmental tasks and projects
- Collaborating with the accounting department, e.g. in preparing invoices or tax documents
- Maintaining and managing customer and supplier data
- Quality assurance and optimization of internal processes
What you bring
- Experience in office organization and administration
