Multi-Family House Tübingen

This is what collaboration looks like: TRIQBRIQ is being used for a multi-family house for the first time – and for a particularly important project at that. In Pfrondorf, a three-storey residential building with ten housing units is currently being built for people at risk of homelessness – constructed with around 2,588 BRIQs from our production.

The project by the municipal housing association GWG Tübingen, with an investment of 1.6 million euros, is not only a social but also a construction milestone: for the first time, our timber construction system is being used on a construction site in our home town. Built to the Effizienzhaus 40 / A+ standard, with CO₂-storing exterior walls made from salvage timber as well as a heat pump and PV system, it is both environmentally friendly and efficient.
