There’s a lot to report again: our investment platform has been running successfully for several weeks now – the e-share and corporate bond make it easier than ever to invest with us. Our largest residential construction project to date is gaining momentum at the construction site in Redwitz an der Rodach. We’re also delighted to welcome three new system partners who are bringing TRIQBRIQ to construction sites in more and more regions. And last but not least, thanks to our new production line, we’ve had more media presence than in a long time.
Invest directly: how the path to investment works
As announced in our last newsletter, our new investment platform has now been live for several weeks. We are delighted with the response so far and that so many people are interested in accompanying TRIQBRIQ on our continued growth path.
With the platform, we deliberately want to give not only institutional or high-net-worth investors the opportunity to invest in TRIQBRIQ. Retail investors can already participate with comparatively small amounts. We make this possible together with our partner heartstocks.
There are two ways to do this: Anyone looking for a predictable return can already subscribe to our growth bond with 7.5% interest p.a. over a five-year term. For our e-share, you can currently register your interest and will be informed as soon as subscription is possible. The e-share is a digital security under the eWpG (German Electronic Securities Act) and allows you to participate in our value development.
Both investment options start from as little as 1,000 euros.

heartstocks has specialized since its founding in 2021 in making investments in special tangible assets accessible to a broad audience – digitally and within a regulated framework, with a deliberately low entry barrier.

To meet the legal requirements for investment brokerage, processing takes place in cooperation with Concedus GmbH from Nuremberg. Concedus GmbH is a securities institution licensed and supervised by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and provides the securities services required for the subscription.
AND HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS WORK EXACTLY?
The entire registration and subscription process takes place digitally via the heartstocks platform. From opening the account, through the legally required information and identity verification, to the actual subscription and transfer, the platform guides you step by step through the process.
For you, this means: your subscription is processed through standardized procedures that meet the regulatory requirements for investment brokerage – simple, digital, and step by step.

REDWITZ AN DER RODACH:

24 residential units are currently being built in Redwitz an der Rodach – a flagship project for sustainable construction. It is funded by the Federal Ministry of Construction through the “Pilot Projects Innovations in the Building Sector” program as part of Zukunft Bau. The project is being implemented by Raab Baugesellschaft. The project’s structure is organized as a cooperative, and completion is planned for the end of 2027.
What’s especially notable is the material mix: 12 residential units are being built with our TRIQBRIQ system, 6 with unfired clay bricks, and 6 with hemp-lime stones. All buildings are insulated with straw and founded on screw pile foundations. This prevents soil sealing and protects the environment. Combined with solid wood floors and intermediate ceilings, this results in an all-around sustainable and efficiently planned housing concept.
The construction progress is remarkably fast. The TRIQBRIQ shell structures are nearing completion, and the team on site, along with prospective residents and cooperative members, are equally impressed by the speed and quality on the construction site.

RÖDL & HERDEGEN
In 1962, Hans Herdegen and Gustav Rödl founded Rödl & Herdegen Bauunternehmen GmbH. Today, the family-run company is already in its fourth generation and is a reliable partner for construction projects in Regensburg and the region.
Rödl & Herdegen realizes projects for municipalities, commerce, industry, and private clients. The range of services includes commercial and residential construction, turnkey construction, and renovations – from smaller measures to large-scale projects – now also with TRIQBRIQ. We look forward to our upcoming joint projects.
SCHRAMM BAUHANDWERK
Schramm Bauhandwerk GmbH & Co. KG was founded in Cologne-Ehrenfeld in 2022 and specializes in building in existing structures. Managing director and owner Luca Schramm combines hands-on craftsmanship expertise with sound know-how in trade management.
As a construction company and general contractor, Schramm Bauhandwerk realizes shell construction projects as well as structural and civil engineering, core renovations, extensions, and conversions. Quality, on-schedule workflows, and a positive construction experience are at the heart of what they do.

Adolf Sprenger founded the company in 1971. Today, the carpentry business is run by master carpenter Stephan Sprenger in the second generation. Quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction have always defined the company.
