Single-Family House Halle (Westphalia)

Building a solid single-family house with TRIQBRIQ: In Halle (Westphalia), a modern, two-storey single-family house with around 125 m² of gross floor area was built. The shell construction was completed in just two weeks – with a team of only four people. In total, around 1,394 BRIQs made from industrial and salvage timber as well as reclaimed wood were used in the house.

With a CO₂ storage capacity of around 30,399 kg, the project impressively shows how simple it is to build a single-family house from solid wood – fast, efficient, and climate-friendly at the same time. The glue-free, mono-material TRIQBRIQ timber construction method combines ecological responsibility with high living quality and makes solid wood construction a future-proof alternative in modern single-family house building.
