Single-Family House Marbach am Neckar

For this private new-build project in Marbach, the entire shell construction – including attic coping stones and lintels – was completed in just two and a half days. The two-storey building with around 130 m² of living space was built by a three-person team using the TRIQBRIQ solid wood construction system. Just two weeks passed from the start of assembly on the ground floor to the completed, weatherproof flat roof.

The project illustrates the high construction speed and planning certainty achievable with the TRIQBRIQ system. The simple assembly logic and logistics-friendly site organisation enable a fast, clean build with only minimal use of heavy equipment.

The system also shows its strengths in individual residential construction: through speed, precision, and a resource-efficient building method.
