EXPO REAL 2025 – A COMPLETE SUCCESS FOR TRIQBRIQ
Already on the first day of the fair, our booth at Expo Real in Munich was well attended. In Hall A3 / TB88 there was lively exchange – architects, project developers, and real estate professionals learned about our circular solid-wood building system TRIQBRIQ.
Visit by Federal Building Minister Verena Hubertz
A special highlight: Federal Building Minister Verena Hubertz visited us as part of her official tour of the fair. We had the opportunity to personally present our system to her and to discuss current developments in sustainable building. Among other things, the conversation covered an exciting pilot project by the company Raab Bau, which is being implemented under the Zukunft Bau funding programme „Pilotprojekte – Innovationen im Gebäudebereich“ and which uses TRIQBRIQ.
The visit was accompanied by Sun Jensch (Koalition für Holzbau) and Andreas Göppel (Heinze GmbH), with whom we share a close collaboration.

HONOURED WITH THE IMPACT AWARD
A highlight of the second day of the fair: TRIQBRIQ was honoured with the Impact Award from EXPO REAL and the European PropTech Association – and that not just once, but twice:
In the category „Design and Construction“, our circular building system convinced the jury.
In addition, together with Züblin, we received the „Total Circularity Impact Award“ for our joint project CRCLR HUT, designed by Beta Realities.
These awards are a special confirmation for us that our vision of circular and sustainable building is also gaining recognition at an international level.
A STRONG CONCLUSION
The three days at Expo Real were a complete success for TRIQBRIQ. We made numerous new contacts, had inspiring conversations, and received a lot of positive feedback.
The strong interest in circular building clearly shows: the industry is ready for sustainable solutions – and with TRIQBRIQ we are on the right track.
